Reactivation of CNOR Certification |
Your CNOR status will lapse on December 31 of the year you are due to recertify if
you don't submit 125 acceptable contact hours
(for contact-hour recertifiers)
you don't submit the required number of points
(for point-method recertifiers)
you don't pass the exam (for exam recertifiers)
You can reactivate your lapsed CNOR status with
future successful completion of the exam
successful submission of the CNOR Portfolio for CNOR reactivation
Lapsed CNOR status does not apply to retired status.
